Here is the 'Official' journal announcement for the OC Tourney I am hosting:

'The Secret of Amaranthus'

I will be posting the story intro with match-ups once I get a roster set up. But to make things go quicker if you want to sign up, message me, leave a comment your choice.

The Process of this tourney will be that characters will be matched up, and the creator of said character will post a piece of art, be it a single picture or a comic (comic is prefered) of their character defeating their opponent and elements of a story developing that character. And the entry's will then be judged by a panel and the winner moves on the the next round.

'Spectator' entries are welcome, they are un-judged little blurbs about characters (fighter or spectators) made by either fans or eliminated contestants.

I want to get this going soon, so I will want within the next couple of weeks a character referance sheet of your original character. You are free to make these characters as original as you want! Creativity is good! In fact you can even have duo's, but just because it's 2 on 1 doesn't mean you'll win. Make you character(s) interesting, because a bit thing we'll be looking for is 'do we want to know more about your character(s)?' or 'do we love this character(s)?'

So we need a good referance sheet for your character before we can get this going. This'll include:
-Name (duh)
-Appearance (again duh)
-Colors (see first 2)
-Personality (so the other contestants will get the character right if they are pitted against you, nothing better than seeing another's entry and you own character being spot on)
-Abilities (Again so the other's can give your character the correct fighting style and whatnot)
- History (this is more or less optional because if you want your character to be an enigma then you might not want this, but it could be vital to the others for getting your character)
- anything else you feel you want to share about your character

I want to try to get 16 contestants that would be awesome to have 4 rounds, but if we have to go lower we can. (to go higher would be even more awsome :3)

*UPDATE!* For the sake of extending the rosters with less people, you can have up to 3 characters, and in the event you are against yourself, you only have to submit one piece and you can chose who wins. That is all thank you
